II. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

We use Cookiebot to collect user data and pass this on to the external provider Cybot for processing in accordance with our instructions. In fulfilment of the legal requirements, we are obligated under Art. 28 GDPR to conclude an agreement for data processing (hereinafter "DPA") with the provider Cybot.

The agreement specifies 

• which customer data Cookiebot stores and for how long,
• why and how Cookiebot processes this data and
• what rights and obligations the data controllers have.

III. STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES

We inform you that we pass on the collected user data to Cookiebot. The transferred data is stored on servers in the USA.

In order to legally secure this data transfer, we must conclude standard contractual clauses with the provider. Standard contractual clauses, also known as SCCs for short, are required for data transfers of personal data to third countries outside the EU. The clauses are therefore used to contractually establish European data protection standards between data exporters in the European Economic Area and data importers in third countries.
